Located just 10 minutes west of the intersection of I-75 & West FM 120 (Exit #69 on I-75) and 1.5 miles west of the intersection of SH 289 and West FM 120, we are centrally located for easy access to the marinas and recreational areas on the south side of beautiful Lake Texoma.

Our 129-unit facility is entirely fenced with a gated entry and security lighting. Each dry storage unit is completely enclosed with solid interior walls, concrete floors, and electricity. Doorstops have been installed for your safety and convenience. As an additional convenience, our wash pad with air compressor and water are available just inside our front gate.
