We are located at 1381 West FM 120, Pottsboro, TX 75076 about 1.5 miles west of the intersection of 289 & FM 120.

What can I store in the storage units at your facility?

You can store your boat, RV, trailer, vehicle and other recreational vehicles. If you have a special storage request please contact us.

What sizes are your storage units?

We offer fully enclosed storage units with solid walls in various sizes: 12’x12’, 12’x15’, 12’x22.5’, 12’x30’, 12’x37.5’, 12’x40’, 12’x45’and other custom-size units. We also offer outside, uncovered parking spaces that vary in size.

How clean are your units?

We clean the walls and floor of each unit before renting. Our customers tell us we have some of the cleanest units they have ever rented!

Do your units have lighting and electricity inside?

Our storage units have lighting and an electrical power outlet inside.

Do your storage units have concrete floors?

All of our storage units have concrete floors inside. Our outdoor, uncovered spaces have gravel and grass in some cases.

Are your storage units drive-up or drive-through access?

All of our storage units are drive-up access only, requiring backing up your boat, trailer or RV into the storage unit. Some of our outdoor uncovered parking spaces feature drive-through access. All storage units feature at least 60 feet of back-up space.

How secure and safe is your storage facility?

Our storage facility is completely fenced with a gated entrance. Lights and cameras monitor the entrance and storage area. The owners are on the premises adjacent to the storage area.

When can I access my storage unit or outdoor uncovered parking space?

We offer 24-hour, 7 days a week access for customers.

Is there an area where I can wash off my boat with water and air up the tires on my trailer or RV?

We have a free concrete wash area measuring 12’ x 40’ with water as well as an air compressor for all of our customers.

Is there an area to dispose of unwanted items?

We have a dumpster for the convenience of our customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For payments we accept VISA and Mastercard.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available by phone, text and email 24 hours a day.

Do you have a pump-out station for RV’s?

We do not have a pump-out station, but we can recommend options for you.
